The Ideas Partnership (TIP) was established in 2009. TIP is without religious or party affiliation and works mainly on education and particularly with the Roma, Ashkali and Egyptian community of Kosovo. The Ideas Partnership is actively working with Roma, Ashkali and Egyptian communities in four municipalities – Obilic, Fushe Kosove, Janjeva and Istog with an office in Prishtina. The project in Fushe Kosove has been established for longest and is the most holistic. The Ideas Partnership is the third largest volunteer organization in Kosovo, with approximately 150 volunteers. Of these approximately a third are from the Roma, Ashkali and Egyptian community, a third are Kosovo Albanians and a third are foreigners.
TIP follows a philosophy of working at three levels: Helping people in need, Helping people in need to help themselves, Helping people in need to help others in need.
